TRANSPORTATION

PLANES:
There are three area airports that you could fly into.

Baltimore Washington International

We recommend using BWI as it is the closest airport to the wedding, there is hotel shuttle service to and from the airport, and there is a light rail line from the airport that goes right to the Baltimore Harbor area.

If you're planning on spending time in DC, Reagan may be your best option as this hotel is very close to downtown DC. The DC subway system has a train right at the airport which can be used to get to DC, Fairfax, VA, and also Baltimore (to get to Baltimore, take the subway to union station in DC and catch a MARC train or an amtrak train).

If you're planning on spending time in VA, this hotel is the closest to Fairfax. However, public transportation to and from the airport is somewhat limited and will only take you to DC.

TRAINS
Amtrak's Penn Station is 1.7 miles from the aquarium. From the station, you could catch a cab to the aquarium for a few bucks, or hop on Baltimore's light rail which has a stop at Penn Station. The Convention Center light rail stop is just a few blocks from the aquarium.

AUTOMOBILES
We have reserved a special rate for the parking garage across the street from the aquarium.

Please note that if you are flying into one of the airports above, or taking the train, you will not need a car to get to the aquarium/harbor area.
